Pumpkin Pie LÄRABAR Smoothie

Makes 2 servings



• 1 Pumpkin Pie LÄRABAR

• ½ cup pumpkin puree

• 1 frozen banana

• 1 cup soymilk (or other milk of choice)

• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)

• ½ tsp. cinnamon

• ½ tsp. ginger

• ¼ tsp. nutmeg

• ¼ tsp. allspice

• 5 ice cubes



Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
